Devang’s commitment to legal excellence took root in law school when he served as Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and continues today as a seasoned lawyer with an unwavering dedication to client service and tangible results.
His early career as a senior litigation associate at a Manhattan law firm was followed by establishment of his own law practice where he regularly counseled clients in a diverse array of legal matters, including complex litigation, real estate, commercial leasing, corporate and transactional matters. With a concentration in real estate and business law, Devang helps clients prepare and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements, zealously advocates for their interests, and facilitates dispute resolution.
